Delivery Policy

Everything we sell is digital. There is nothing to ship.

Scans and reports

Delivered immediately, in your browser. A scan usually completes within a few minutes, depending on the size of the site being scanned. Your report is available in your account as soon as it is done, and you can download it as a PDF.

Subscription plans

Access is activated immediately after payment is confirmed. If it is not, that is a bug — tell us and we will fix it straight away.

Services (one-off jobs)

Each service page states its own delivery time, typically between 3 and 14 working days.

The clock starts when we have everything we need from you — usually access to your website, and any information the service requires. If we are waiting on you, we are not counting those days against our estimate, and we will tell you what we are waiting for.

We deliver through your account, and we will email you when it is done. Every service includes a rescan showing what changed, so you can see the result rather than take our word for it.

If we are running late

We will tell you before the deadline, not after it, and we will tell you why. If a delay is our fault and it matters to you, our refund policy applies.
