Please read these terms before using this website or buying anything from us. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us"), registered at 2nd Floor, Dharampur Chowk, Ward No. 10, Tajpur Road, Samastipur, Bihar - 848101. You can reach us at contact@ajontec.com.

2. What we provide

We provide an automated SEO audit of a website you submit, a report of what that audit found, and — optionally — paid services to fix the issues identified.

The audit reports what we were able to measure from your live website at the time of the scan. Where we cannot measure something, we mark it as Skipped and exclude it from your score. We do not estimate, infer, or invent values.

3. What we do not provide

We do not guarantee any search engine ranking, any position, any traffic figure, or any revenue outcome. No one outside a search engine is able to guarantee these things, and any provider who tells you otherwise is not being straight with you.

Our services improve things that are measurably wrong with your website. Whether that translates into rankings depends on your market, your competitors, and your content — none of which are within our control.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.

You must give accurate information when you register. We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms.

5. Scanning websites

Our scanner reads only what is publicly visible to any visitor or search engine. It does not attempt to bypass logins, access private areas, or exploit vulnerabilities.

You may scan any website. However, you must not use our service to overload, disrupt, or attack any website — including your own. We rate-limit scans, and we may block domains or accounts that abuse the service.

6. Payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken through a third-party payment gateway; we never see or store your card details.

Subscription plans are charged for the period you select. Services are charged once, up front, before work begins.

7. Refunds

Our refund policy is set out separately in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Our liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Intellectual property

The website, the scanner, and the report format are ours. The content of your report — the findings about your website — is yours to use however you like, including sharing it or acting on it without us.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will say so on this page and update the date below. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Samastipur, Bihar.
