Refund & Cancellation Policy
The short version: if we have not started work, you get your money back. If we have finished and it is not what we promised, you get your money back. Read on for the detail.
Scans and reports
Free. There is nothing to refund.
Subscription plans
Within 7 days
If you are unhappy within 7 days of your first payment on a plan, email us and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why.
After 7 days
We do not refund part-used subscription periods. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and it will not renew.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
Services (one-off jobs)
Before we start
Full refund. If you change your mind before we have begun work, tell us and you get everything back.
While we are working
A partial refund, in proportion to the work not yet done. We will tell you honestly what stage we are at.
After delivery
If we did not deliver what the service page said we would, we will either fix it or refund you — your choice.
If we delivered exactly what was described and you are simply not seeing the ranking improvement you hoped for, that is not a refundable failure — and we want to be blunt about this before you buy rather than argue about it afterwards. We never promised a ranking. Nobody honestly can. We promised to fix specific, measurable problems on your website, and the rescan will show you plainly whether we did.
Wallet balance
Money you topped up and have not spent can be refunded to your original payment method on request.
Bonus credit and promotional credit are not refundable for cash — they were not paid for.
How to request a refund
Email contact@ajontec.com with your order number and what happened. We aim to respond within 2 working days and to process approved refunds within 5–7 working days.
The money goes back to the method you paid with. How quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank, not us — usually a further 5–10 working days.
If we cannot agree
Tell us why you think we are wrong, and a human will look at it again. We would much rather refund you than have you tell people we would not.
